Alexis was struggling with the feeling of anger that was coming upon her, as her little sister, Londyn resisted in giving her the phone so she could talk to daddy. Alexis continuously asked Londyn to give her the phone; very patiently I might add. Londyn consistently replied back to her saying, "NO!" Suddenly Alexis made a very agitated sound and said, "OHHHH, I'm starting to feel like Cain." I advised Alexis, not to be like Cain. Instead, tell Londyn how you feel and try to talk it out. I explained to her, that it's wise to get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, and harsh words with a loving attitude.
